you had sex? Seems like everytime my husband and I do (which now it seems is hardly ever, just don't feel like it!) afterward, I start cramping. Not horrible but enough to be uncomfortable for several minutes. Also, the other day, I went walking, just walked around the block, which is around a mile. I got halfway through and started cramping again. I had no choice but to walk home, but I was definatly walking in pain

Anybody else have this. I'm 11 weeks by the way..

I'm almost 7wks and still cramp like crazy. I heard that it's just your body getting adjusted to having a baby in there, so no worries !

Mild cramping (and even mild spotting) after sex is totally normal. From what I understand, it has to do with pelvic muscles contracting.

You will most likely always cramp after sex, when you orgasm your uterus will contract. Your husbands sperm also contains prostaglandins, this sometimes also causes cramping. Please keep in mind that orgasm is very good for you and your baby, the oxytocin (the love hormone) you release goes through your body and does reach your baby. The positive vibes are fantastic...

So yes always expect to cramp for a little while after sex it is very normal and expected. Don't worry! Enjoy those amazing pregnant orgasms!!

Very normal. When your more pregnant you can even see the contractions after. It's kind of cool. The cramping when walking is pretty normal too. Your body is changing and stretching and it's going to hurt sometimes. It's normal to have some cramping all though pregnancy. If you're really worried, talk to your OB/Midwife about it. Mine was awesome at calming me when when I was freaking out about it. Good luck!
