Can I come over?

Hi ladies! I've been over on TTCAL for over 6 months and thought I would come out of lurkdom. A little about me. I will be 35 soon and DH is 36. We have a DD. I have suffered from secondary ammenorhea for over 6 years now. We TTC#2 starting 10/10. I was put on provera and got a BFP 2/11. The pregnancy ended in MC at 12 weeks. I had 2 D&Cs due to retained tissue and was given the go ahead to start trying again after 3 months. Because of issues with my cycles, pregnancy/delivery complications and the retained tissue issue, my doctor agreed that seeing an RE was best and I referred myself. We met with the doctor 7/11 and came up with a plan after all of our exams/bloodwork came back normal. DH and I decided (I don't know why we did this) to wait and try naturally a couple more cycles before starting the clomid, etc. After 6 cycles, we finally went back in and had our first cycle of clomid with trigger and IUI. That resulted in a BFN. I went back in when AF showed up and found that I had a cyst and the next cycle of clomid was put on hold. We've been trying this cycle on our own, but if it again results in BFN, we will be going back to the RE next cycle and start clomid again, but this time I'll be getting FSH/LH (??) injectables and IUI. I'm trying to be really optimistic about this cycle, but still have the feeling that it's not going to happen.
