I am wondering if anyone has any ideas how to fit a nursery into a living room? My husband and I rent a 1 bd and are trying to figure out how to fit a nursery in our living room until we have enough savings for a 2 bd apt in our building. Anyone have any ideas? thanks

Re: Nursery in small apt living room
A pack n play or a bassinet are options, especially if you are planning to move into a larger space sooner rather than later. They're less expensive and smaller options and then you can upgrade to a full sized crib/dresser/etc. later on.
Have you looked at the Fisher Price Rock and Plays? We are planning on using one for ds and I've heard of people using them for 4-5+ months. They are super portable and don't take up much space. Otherwise, the PNP is a good option or maybe a mini crib? You could maybe just get a small dresser that would look ok in your living room to use to store some baby items? I think it would definitely work. We barely have anything ready for when #2 comes. We still need to move our bedroom dwnstrs so he can have our room for his nursery. It probably won't happen until after he's born. Babies don't take up too much space:) Good luck!
