Mollie! Throwing you the house dust!!!

Got a contract on my house today!!!  After only a week and a half.  I am in tears!  Of course it could fall through but I am praying it WON'T.  Mollie, throwing you the dust, it works!!!

    THANK YOU!!!!  we have our 21st showing tomorrow and from what they have said so far, it sounds promising!!   fingers crossed!!!

    Mollie our realtor told us from every 20 showings there is an offer so hopefully it's just late ;-) Good luck to you guys I know how stressful it is!

    showings 21-24 today!!  fingers crossed.  we have gotten one offer and it didn't work out.   here's hoping i dont have to make it through 20 more showings :)
