So apparently some Germans are headed over on Sunday for socializing and a meal. I say, "cool, chips and dips, and apps all the way!"
Nope. They want to help in the kitchen and have a meal (I doubt any of them know it's the superbowl, heck, husband didn't know either).
So, give me some good veggie dishes that don't have nuts (someone is allergic).
I haven't made veggie in 4 years and am rusty.

ooh thanks!
I don't really care what we cook
preferably something we can find stuff for at the farmers market. O was thinking tex mex, so Mollie, those enchiladas look great!
Ooh those enchiladas are on M&R's page too
Might have to go with them.
Something fairly easy and doesn't mean I have to stand up for an hour chopping
Thanks gals
