Any DC Ladies on the board?

Just thought I would mention that with my last LO, we would go for frequent walks into Georgetown and I would stop by Georgetown Cupcake. (The place on "DC Cupcakes on TLC.) I always mentioned when it was her "1 month birthday" or subsequent month and they would throw in a free cupcake for her! Obviously I was not feeding it to her so, score! Free yummy cupcake for momma!

(I have no idea if they still do this and/or if I was lucky. But it was a nice gesture from the girls behind the counter! Just wanted to mention this in case they don't do it and you think-- damn that girl on the Bump!)

    We walk around Georgetown all the time and I will definitely be making stops there with LO! Thanks for the info!

    Thanks for the tip!! I'll be looking for places to walk around once the weather gets nicer. Wouldn't brave Georgetown on a weekend with a stroller though ... oy. A weekday would be lovely, though!

    Very cool, thanks!! I love Georgetown Cupcake, I was pissed when they got a TV show and the lines started getting crazy.
