Super Bowl Baby name

So, all along (and even when I was pregnant with DS#1) we've planned to name DS Brady.  Well, I'm starting to feel weird about it seeing that there is a good chance I'll have him on Super Bowl Sunday while Tom Brady is the QB.  Not to mention....DS #1 is named Thomas!!  We aren't even Pats fans!!! Everyone is going to think it was on purpose!

Ah well.... just wanted to share since we aren't telling family or friends LO's name until he's born so I haven't gotten any feedback on it.

    I wouldn't put too much thought into it.  We announced DS1's name (Jackson) right around the time Michael Jackson died and people kept asking if it was after him... it was not.

    Let people think what they want... if you love the name, use it... in time, a short period of time most likely, the reference will fade.

    I wouldn't worry about it. Especially since when you tell people his birthday, they won't go "Tom Brady played on that day in the SB!"... Brady is a great name, BTW :)

    I wouldn't worry about it. If it were us, I'd worry, but that's because my husband is a Pats fan. He is even trying to figure out a way to sneak a beer into the hospital if I happen to be in the hospital during the Superbowl lol.

    Most people probably won't make the association especially if they know that you aren't Pats fans.

    I wouldn't worry about it.

    If DD2 had been a boy, his named would've been Brady. We announced the sex last week so we probably would've received some comments about that, but we're pretty much asking for it because we ARE Pats fans (but that's not where we got the name, just a coincidence).

    DD1's name is Adrianna and our last name is similar to Peterson. No one has noticed how similar it is to Adrian Peterson.
