how many times a day are you drinking your detox tea?

I bought the Yogi brand at Target today because it was on sale. Seemed similar to the one you posted about (NOT the smooth move one!) It says on the box to drink 1-3 times per day... so I was just wondering what you and your DH were doing!

    I haven't been drinking too much of it this week. Maybe I'll start it more on Monday. But I planned to wake up and have my usual coffee - then have the tea instead of coffee #2, then have some instead of my aft coffee and then some before bed. Let me know how you like it! The detox plan I read is a little too insane for me. But I think tea instead of coffee is always good + the fresh juice I'm drinking + lots of water will definitely be some sort of detox :)
