So for the past two weeks I've been waking up in the morning with terrible headaches. I'm drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day (at least 8-8oz glasses of water, plus milk, juice, soup, etc). I probably drink about 8 oz in the hour before I go to bed,
Also in the last two weeks I haven't been getting up in the middle of the night to pee any more, so that has made me happy. But when I pee first thing in the morning it's pretty bright yellow.
I've been drinking about 16 oz of water as soon as I get up, and my headache is gone before I leave for work.
I'm guessing its just morning dehydration? Its just weird that is the only time I feel that way? I'm not sure what I should do? Drink more just before going to bed? Get up in the middle of the nigght just to get something to drink?
Anyone else have this problem or am I the only weirdo?

EDD 10/15/16
At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid. Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth. If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP. My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!
Re: Headaches only first thing in the morning???
I do take my PNV within an hour of going to bed. But I've been doing that for the last three years, so I doubt that would cause the headaches.
My next drs appt is Feb 20 (2.5 weeks away). I'll probably ask, but I'm sure she'll just tell me to drink more! LOL! The funny thing is, when I was there just 2 weeks ago she asked me if I was getting headaches and I said no. Then bam, the next day the headaches start. Go figure!
