I've actually felt pretty darn ok for the last two days, but today, m/s is back with a vengeance.
I am sooo grateful my m/s doesn't result in vomiting, but the nausea just plain sucks. I have my sea bands on but they're not even taking the edge off today. And of course, I ran out of preggie pops!
Sigh....
Re: M/S, you are no fun.
Rocking the sea bands over here, too!
Do you take any B6 supplements? I only take them as needed - cutting up the 100 mg pills into quarters, and taking no more than 3-4 per day. I've also started an obsession with string cheese and fresh mozzarella - lots of protein and fairly neutral flavored.
I've got the same kind of nausea, and although it's certainly not as bad as vomiting constantly, it is in no way a walk in the park.
So sorry hon, I feel ya. For the first 12 weeks I mostly had that kind of m/s - the severe nausea but no actual vomiting. However, now at 14 weeks for some reason I have randomly started vomiting. The nausea is better throughout the day, but at night right before bed, vomit.
When I had the worst nausea, I found that eating a bigger breakfast with protein in it really helped me feel better throughout the day. You know, if you can keep it down.
GL, I hope you feel better soon.
