Are they safe to use during pregnancy? Anyone swear by them?

Not for sure about during pregnancy, but I used it religiously when my DS#1 had horrible eczema and it worked wonders. I would think if my doctor recommended it for a 0-3 month old that it should be fine for pregnancy.

Way back in the day, there was a nurse on the Getting Pregnant board that worked at a dermatologist's office and her recommendation for pregnant women was CeraVe moisturizer and PanOxyl face wash. My own dermatologist echoed that exactly and said they're also fine for breastfeeding mothers (she's extremely pro-BFing) and if CeraVe isnt working for moisturizing, then I could alsp try Cetaphil.

I use their hydrating facewash and love it. For the first 4 months of this pregnancy my skin freaked out. It was dry and pimply at the same time. I started using this and it really seemed to balance out my skin. Almost zero pimples now and no peely/flaky skin. I am thinking about trying their body lotion/cream on my 2 year olf who has mild eczema.

I also use it and it has really helped keep my breakouts in order. First tri was difficult and my face still wasn't perfect, but now I've noticed a vast improvement being in second tri. My doctor described it as a very mild face wash. When I mentioned it to my ob she said it was fine.

I use their hydrating face wash and their oily skin one (because my skin is super oily and dry at the same time). I also use their PM moisturizer. I love them all.
