I'd like to take prenatal yoga, and have been looking for a class that works with my schedule, and found one in Pleasanton -- except it only meets once a week.
So, I was thinking of supplementing with a DVD that I can do at home. Has anyone used a prenatal yoga DVD that they really liked and would recommend?

I don't, but if you find one or get a rec please let me know!
I can't seem to make the gym yoga classes lately and I don't want to pay for another package of classes at the prenatal place, but I LOVE yoga and need to keep my butt moving.
I just got this: https://www.amazon.com/Prenatal-Yoga-Shiva-Rea/dp/B0000BYNMH/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1328207958&sr=8-1
I've only tried it once and so far, so good. It's not intense, which is perfect for me (i've never done yoga before).
Yes, I'll agree with that. Prenatal yoga DVDs tend to be very light, assumedly because there is not an instructor there with you to make sure you don't overdo it with the pregnant belly.
If you're someone who does a lot of yoga, you might have to make it more challenging for yourself. Sometimes they offer multiple versions of the same pose.

Thanks, ladies! I'll be new to yoga (well, it's been about 10 years since I last did it), so "light" is probably the right level for me at this time.

You might try Cosmic Dog in Livermore or the Livermore Tennis Club. Both have very good instructors. If you want to go up to Yogaworks in WC, Melanie is the best prenatal instructor around (in my very humble opinion
