Rec your manly wrap!

My fiance has decided he definitely wants to wear our daughter. I've found the wrap I want, but he's almost twice my size hehe.

So, recommend a wrap that will fit my 6ft 300lb fiance! Doesn't have to fit both of us, it'll be his own.

I am not sure about size, but for manly looking wraps my DH likes our AHI (charcol and silver-ish) and Zara Leaf (an olive green color).

We were going to get a black linen geckos, but they were always too pricey. there are also some really gorgeous gender neutral grads out there. gray/blue or greens.

He will use my Steel Blue Fish, but it's not his fav.

Guys at our babywearer's meetings seem to like my BB Slen Blueberry, Blackberry Grey and my Zara Deli.

Something else to keep in mind is that he could use the same wraps but in shorter carries. He could do Short Cross Carry or Kangaroo and you do Front Wrap Cross Carry, or he rucks and you Double Hammock.

Zara Black (black), Neobulle Simon (blue and brown fat stripes in my sig) are two that come to mind because we have them in our stash. As for size, a 6 might work for you both. There might be a post on TBW that talks about body sizes and wrap sizes.

Our Vatanai Orkney has become DH's go-to carrier...to the point where I've been specifically told I'm not allowed to churn it. I think in our case, though, it's because he likes the Vat tapers(longer than a lot of other brands, though not as long as Ellevill tapers), since when I was pregnant he said not to get him anything special, as he'd "just use whatever I got for me."
