  I was actually going to ask her this same question.  It sounded from her description that maybe it is maybe Vinings on the Chattahoochee over in Riverside?  If so, I have a bunch of friends in there.  And we are really close (Ridgewood Heights) - we should do a playdate at Whittier Mill Park or something!

  We live in east lake right now, but moved here this year after living across from piedmont park.  I would really like to stay in the city, but it's hard to find a good area that I can rent a 3 bedroom house (we need at least a small yard).  We are just renting because I haven't sold the house in midtown so we rent it out too.

  We live in DuPont Commons and have for the last 5 years I think now. We love it since we are still in the city and close to everythig but have a community that does stuff like a super bowl party with chili cook off. We have a ladies book club as well as other things. Plus you can't beat having a pool and parks in the neighborhood.

  Love that part of Midtown, I am sure you had no problem renting it!  There is a 4 bedroom house down the street from me that will be coming up for rent this spring. It is really nice and the location is awesome.  We are in one of the best ES districts in the state, too (Morris Brandon).  LMK if you are interested and I can get you the info!

  Thanks!  I would love the info.  I love love loved my place in midtown, but a 2 bedroom 750 square foot house was too small for our family of 4 (I even tried it for 2 months).  My email address is lindsaymelda at gmail.
