  You need to set the aperture as low as possible.  What lens are you using?

  I used my 50mm lens and it looks like my settings were ISO 200, f1.8 and 0"3. The 1.8 or 1.4 depending on your lens is key. The tutorials I read said to open your aperture as wide as possible.
