3 pounds is a great start! I don't use any of my extra points from the weekly allowance. I try really hard to get a workout in five days a week. I normally use up the points I earn from exercise. I say eat a piece of cake!
I weighed in this morning and I am down 2.4 lbs. since last week. I am seriously thinking about ordering some Zumba DVDs off of Amazon. Someone told me that she started Zumba-ing in November and has lost 15 lbs. since then (along with tracking her calories). The set she recommended has a beginner's DVD which is what I think I would need to start with since I haven't exercised since, um, last March. Anyone have any experience with Zumba? It looks fun...I used to workout with the 30 Day Shred and some other Jillian Michaels DVDs but I am pretty sure I would die if I tried it right now in my current state of fitness!
Are any of you breastfeeding? I'm on my 2nd week of WW and the first week my supply tanked and really freaked me out! I was eating all my points too. This week I tried to increase my points (above my allowance) which has helped my supply but I fear I won't lose. Anyone else having the same problem? Or does your body adjust and your supply come back up?

I'm down 1 this week after seriously falling off the wagon. Hoping to stay on this time.
Me! Yes. This happened to me. I started WW strictly the same week I went back to work. I started losing, but my supply tanked. So then I focused on eating whatever I could to get it back up. Including lactation cookies (so yummy) but I didn't monitor my points.
The system asked me if I was BFing and I believe added some points back in, but it just didn't seem enough. I think you have to be really smart with where you are taking your points. I also eat the weight control instant oatmeal, not too high and am eating smart ones (love the rice and beans) for my "hot meal".
I have perfected it, but my supply was more important. Anyone else, I would love some suggestions!

I weigh myself on Sunday's and last week I had only lost .5 lbs. I am down a total of 10.2 lbs since I started on 1/2/12. Right now I am not really using any of my extra points. I would like to start working out again but being gone for 11 hours a day at work, my priority when I get home is to spend time with DS.
I started WW two weeks ago and lost 3.8lbs as of my last weigh in! I go to actual meetings because I find that I need the accountability. I was really happy with how easy the weight is coming off, I think I've lost even more this week.
I'm nursing exclusively and haven't had any milk issues. I eat all my points and am enjoying the relaxed system. I did have a lot of BM to begin with so I don't mind if it goes down a little.
Btw-I've been making a bunch of recipes off skinnytaste.com and they are super yummy! Just made PB banana muffins this am.
I'm also EBF and didn't notice a change in my supply. As silly as it sounds I make sure I drink enough water. My supply tends to dip a little if I slack on that. As pp mentioned I love skinnytaste. I also like Hungry Girl, she also calculates points.

As far as I'm aware I haven't seen a drop in my supply at all, but the first week I was focused more on getting in the habit of tracking than watching my point in take (still did pretty good). The next week I did much better and didn't use too many of my extra weekly points. I'm still working on getting my exercise in though. That's my real problem area.
Hey, I just asked to be added on WW too. I signed back up yesterday. Have successfully used WW to lose before so I'm hoping it helps. I need to drop some serious weight. I had GD while pregnant so actually ended up 20 lbs lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight. That still leaves me with a good 30-40 that I need to lose though.
I am bf also but have serious supply issues. I will definitely see if I have any drop while on WW.
