  I paid 15 for a digital file for our christmas card. Then I took them to staples and had them printed on heavy cardstock. They fit two on each sheet, and I want to say it was around $20...(for 50) but it was a while ago and I'm not sure now. I'm sure you can check online. Just see how much a colour copy is, and how much the extra for cardstock is. Printing onto photo paper (like at costco) is only a few bucks.

  I always use these for invitations and cards- 12-15 for the file and then I use Vistaprint postcards for printing. Saves tons of money if you can find the free offers. They sell envelopes pretty cheap as well. I would say use the 4x6 because if you 5x7 you have to have them trimmed (I use kinkos for this) which costs a few more dollars.

  A lot of places supply a paper cutter, so you could trim them yourself. Staples did it for free.
