DH and I are starting TTC next month.  I'm not sure that I am 100% ready to jump into charting, but was thinking about using OPKs for a month or two.  Did any of you use them, and if so, would you recommend them?

    I haven't used them.  From what I can tell some people love them and some hate them.  The only thing I know for sure is that they don't actually tell you if you are ovulating.  They just pick up the I think LH surge (someone correct me if I am wrong).

    I had considered using them this cycle but then changed my mind.  If you want to brave the waters (and it really depends on who you get over there) you might ask on the GP board. Or just lurk and you might find a similar question.  They can be really snippy over there so I usually just try to lurk and see if someone has asked a similar question.

    I used them and they were very accurate for me.  I just used the CVS generic brand.
