What bottles do you use?

I EP and have been feeding my daughter with Dr. Brown's bottles. She has been okay with feedings until recently. She refuses to eat much at all and it's super frustrating. I'm wondering if it's the bottle that I'm using that she doesn't like.

I've tried Adiri (she hates them) and today I experimented with a Playtex Dropin that I got for free. I think she liked that nipple a little bit more but the flow was too slow so she got frustrated.

What bottles/nipples have you had success with?

Why not try a Level 2 Dr. Brown's nipple?

I use Avent bottles (these:  https://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?lt1=_blank&bc1=000000&IS2=1&bg1=FFFFFF&fc1=000000&lc1=0000FF&t=understandfin-20&o=1&p=8&l=as4&m=amazon&f=ifr&ref=ss_til&asins=B002ECZUNE).  I haven't tried Dr. Brown's, so I can't say they're better...but they work really well for us and LO stopped throwing up once we started using them.  We are still on level 1 nips but I've been considering moving him up to level 2 since he's getting older.

At first Violet could only take the Playtex drop-ins because the flow of everything else was too fast.  Now she takes pretty much whatever.

I like the Tommee Tippee bottles but she also takes Dr. Brown's, Born Free (I really like these too), Avent, and Medela (rarely).  She's only level I for all of them.

I FF but for some reason it never dawned on me to try this.  Trey has been frustrated - a lot of grunting and face making, spitting out a lot of the formula as he ate it and usually took 35 minutes to take 3-4 oz.  He just took town 5 oz in 20 minutes with no noises, and hasn't spit anything back up, didn't spit anything out while he was eating.  Looks like we'll be using level 2s from now on (until he's ready for the next level up)

I BF and supplement with formula. We've used the playtex nursers with drop ins, and the playtex ventair. DD likes both, but I think she likes the nursers better. The flow on those is quicker then the ventair. DH and I both like those better as well! She spits up less with those, and they're way easier to clean. :)

We use avent bottles. LO fusses during some feedings and she gets gas/cramps during them, so doc said she has a mild case of colic and will grow out of it at 8 weeks. In the mean time we tried dr brown bottles to,see if they would reduce the air intake which we thought she was getting more gas with them then the avent bottles.

We use Avent. Tried Dr. Brown's with DS (he was mainly bottle fed) and he wasn't a big fan of those and was fine with Avent. DD is mainly BF, but when bottle fed she does great with Avent too. Never had to try any other bottles. Hope the nipple idea works, so you don't have to hunt for a bottle that works for LO.

With DS#1, we used Dr. Brown. Even tho he took them just fine, I hated them. With DS#2 we're using Avent bottles & I love them. We moved him up to level 2 nipples about 3 weeks ago & he's been fine with them. I'll probably buy a pack of the next level up so then I have them.

I use the MAM bottles...DD loves those and i think the shape of the nipple helps her when going back and forth from breast to bottle:)  And they are way easier to clean than Dr. Browns
