DH and i met our freshman year in college. we had a bit of a rough patch in the beginning (as in our first couple of dates did NOT go well!), but by the end of our sophomore year we were dating.

we dated for 4 years before we got married. this fall we celebrated our 5th anniversary. but when i look at the numbers - i can't believe we've been together for 9 years already!

DH and I officially started dating February 14, 2009. We had known each other through work. He both worked for Culvers. He worked at the one in Greenwood, and I worked at the one in Plainfield. He proposed February 14, 2011.

He is almost 9 years older than me. When we first met, was way back in 2003. I was 15, and he was 24. I had been working at Culver's since June, and the owner of mine was opening up the one in Greenwood, so our Culver's was training all of the managers of the Greenwood one - which included him. We didn't talk back then. It wasn't until several years later. Our owner actually set us up - he thought I would be good for him. So here we are today...married!

DH & I met while hanging out with some mutual friends around Christmas 2004. He claims I completely ignored him the first few times he tried to talk to me. I deny this : ) He finally got up the nerve to ask me on our first date in May 2005. We got engaged December 7, 2008 and married May 1, 2009. It's been an amazingly great seven years together!

DH's best friend and one of my good friends were dating in high school. The winter of my Senior year we had a lot of snow days and we were all hanging out a lot on those days (they all went to a different school than I). Our first official date was on Feb 19th, 2003. He took me to our (delayed due to snow) Valentine's dance. So we have been together for 9 years this month. We have only been married since May 1, 2010 though.

We met my freshman year of college in 2003, he was a junior. We started dating my junior year, his 5th year. Our 4th wedding anniversary is this spring.

We met on our high school swim team 13 years ago (good gracious, has it been that long?!!) - I was a super awkward freshman and he was the senior all star. We both liked each other then but I was too young to date and he had a girlfriend, but we always kept in touch and (finally!) started dating when I was a junior in college.

February 5 will be 6 years together and May 31 will be 4 years married!

DH and I met in January 2007 at The Vogue in Broadripple. He bought me a few drinks and we just danced the night away! I gave him my number because I never thought he would ever call me and I figured I wouldn't have to deal with him again lol. Wrong! By the time I got home from the bars I saw that he had looked me up on Myspace - lol those were the days- already! I kinda figured at that point that I would get a call.

So we started dating and he proposed 3 years later. We got married last February and on Feb 25 we have our first wedding anniversary! I can't believe its been almost a year already and that we've been together 5 years.

Us too! Dh and I met on Match.com in Dec. 2004. We talked and emailed a bit before our first date in Jan. 2005. He proposed in July 2006, and we got married in June 2007.

I always say our story is a lot like When Harry Met Sally... We went to high school together, but I did not like him very much! I thought he was kinda a jerk, haha! (don't worry he knows) After high school I went to Hanover and he went to the Marines- Hanover loosened me up, and the Marines mellowed him out enough that we were perfect! We found each other on MySpace my sophomore year (at that point Facebook was still college students only) and formed a really strong friendship. We didn't get together until November 2008 (officially January 17, 2009)- when we were both back home and out of the awful relationships we had been in! He proposed May 2010, we were married December 11, 2010, and got a BFP June 24, 2011!

We met at church. I told my co-worker the next day that I met a guy who was really cute, but that I'd never date him because he knew he was cute. Guess I had to eat my words! (And he's totally not like that, either.)

We met in college our junior year and after a few months he asked for my number, but never called

. I moved away after graduation and when came back during spring break, ran into him at a club so we reconnected and were basically "together" since that day. We dated for almost 4 years during which time I was working while he went to med school. We got married 2 weeks before his graduation. We will be celebrating our 4th year anniversary this May

We met at the Law school library - I was in med school and my husband was in law school at the time. I went there to study to avoid distractions [or, to pick up guys], he picked on me for studying there, and the rest is history! That was 7 years ago, and we've been married for 5 years.
