Yuck - How to Get Rid of Too Much Furniture Polish

We bought a used dining table tonight on Craigslist.  It's gorgeous, I love it, but OMG, the lady must have put 30 layers of Pledge on this thing before we picked it up.

I've sprayed it several times with an all-purpose cleaner and it is still greasy.  Any tips?  Vinegar?  Something like that?

    Spray it down with 2 parts water, 1 part vinegar, 1 part lemon juice. Good luck!

    I'll try that!  I know that they stained and sealed the table at some point but the table is greasy and smells lemony so definitely pledge.  I'll pick up some murphy's soap.  Haven't tried the vinegar/lemon juice thing yet.
