I'm not even kidding, I do this.

I'm only 5'4". I have a pair of ON pajama bottoms that must be made for a 7' woman. I call them my "floater" pants because when I wear them you can't see my feet so it looks like I'm floating. Sometimes I hang out topless and when I get cold I pull the pants up over my breasts.
