support belt?

I'm getting some serious pain from standing at work, any suggestions?

a friend of mine with twins got the prenatal cradle, but that seems kinda crazy to wear underneath my work clothes.

    I got one of these and it helped a ton. I think I wore it every day from 18w on (I teach and am on my feet a lot) It helped a ton with the belly pain:

    i believe mine is called the mini prenatal cradle.  i have been wearing it for a week now and it's the best thing ive bought throughout this pregnancy!  mine was only $15 or something.....some of the more involved ones are like $50 or $60, but i wanted to try this one first, and so far it's working great.
