The Good: IDK, not much right now.
The Bad: I am stuck at a weight
The Proud: I went and worked out with one sis lastnight. I would have loved to quit at 3 rounds, but stuck it out for a 4th.
The Plan: Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday work out AND try and stay in my calorie goal better.

The Good: I worked out this morning! Yay! And I logged everything today and yesterday.
The Bad: I'm eating dinner at my grandmother's house tonight...
The Proud: Getting up to work out, even though I REEEEEALLY didn't want to
The Plan: Do it again tomorrow, and eat a healthier supper than I know I'll eat tonight.

The Bad - I really need something sweet. I'm pretty sure I'll stop by a local bakery on my way home from work. It doesn't help that they posted pics of strawberry/chocolate cupcakes on their facebook page today. Hello, I'm GatorBaby and I'm addicted to cupcakes!
The Proud - I stayed within my 2 breadsticks limit at lunch.
The Plan - Walk off the 2 breadsticks and that inevitable cupcake tonight. Training at the gym tomorrow morning.
ETA: I didn't eat any cupcakes!
The Good: I am like a different person than I was a month ago. I went from no activity to about 20-30 minutes most days. Plus I am so much more food conscious instead of the mindless eating I used to do. This is not easy but its do-able.
The Bad: nothing much just obsessing during this 2ww wait and driving myself crazy
The Proud: Today I'm wearing a pair of pants I haven't put in on months. They were super tight before and now just a little snug.
The Plan: tonight I might workout or maybe just walk the dog if my H wants to go.

The Good- I had a salad today which means veggies, I suck at eating veggies.
The Bad- What the heck am I going to snack on that is 23 calories. I might have to do more exercise than just the walking from school.
The Proud- I got weighed at the doctors office today and it was 1 pound more than my scale!
The Plan- Get a BFP so I can stop starving!
