First U/S

We had our first ultra sound yesterday and we were able to hear the heart beat!!! Ahhh it was amazing! From my LMP I thought I was 11 weeks but from the U/S I was only 9 weeks 3 days. So my Due date has been moved to Aug 31. Heart beat was good and strong 179bpm! All of the sickness and backpain and sore boobs didn't matter any more when I was able to see that little booger and hear the heart beat.

 Anyone else Due around the same time?? Has anyone used the home fetal heart monitors? I'm wanting to get one but I saw on another forum that if you use the doppler too much it could harm the baby is this true or just another one of those crazy myths??

    I used one on my first and didn't do no harm but they don't work as well as what they use in the drs office.

    im due sept 23... cant wait for my first u/s...i wanted to get a reader to...not sure if it causes harm...good questions to ask the dotor thou.

    I'm due Sept. 7. Hearing the heartbeat was definitely life-changing :)

    Off my lmp I was I was 13 w but am actually 9 w 2 days yesterday was my first u/s and I couldn't agree more it was soooo amazing! Due Sept 2 we also saw our jelly bean move a bit and we couldn't have been more excited!

    i had my first U/S on Monday, i'm 9w 2d and i saw the heartbeat, it was kind of cute. Also my EDD is Sept 2nd.
