Very Quick Rant

The man who can't pay child support or help with medical expenses and makes 16K+ more a year than I do drives a fully loaded 2011 Acura. Now, he's bragging that he just upgraded to a 2012 fully loaded Acura.  I...am...ticked. I'm just hoping when we go before a judge, the judge tells him to get real and a luxury car is NOT a valid reason to have your amount altered. &;$:&/@;$$:&/@$!!!!

Rant over. Reason reminds me the man lies. He says, "Oh, I was joking," but really, he lies and sees "joking" as an escape clause. So, maybe he's just talking out his arse. Or, maybe, he really did decide that this didn't fit into his idealistic views of 1950s womanhood, and therefore, didn't happen. "I have a new girlfriend, so old girlfriend and baby don't exist" at court: "I was kidding!"

    He sounds like an a$$. No judge is going to let those types of excuses fly for a reason not to pay.

    STBXH is very money hungry and all about his cars too. He's been throwing around that he's selling his older car and how much he thinks he's going to get for it. I just keep rolling my eyes. 

    Hopefully things will pan out where your ex realizes how stupid he is once the court doesn't change anything.
