Anyone ever feel s/e from Femara?

I am only in my 2nd day of 5mg of Femara. I know that there isn't supposed to be any s/e but I feel get dizzy out of no where which then makes me want to throw up   Ick! Not a biggie I can compeltely deal but just curious if anyone else felt any s/e with Femara?

    I did three rounds of Femara.  I experienced some light headedness/dizziness and extra cramping during ovulation with it, but that's about it.  GL this cycle!

    I didn't have any but I have read that several ladies on here get dizzy.

    No dizziness for me but I'd get a hot flash or two and that would cause nausea.

    The only s/e I had while taking the medicine was hot flashes in the middle of the night.  I have read lots of other ladies having dizziness though.  

    I'm going to add on to your question, if you don'd mind:  What pre-O symptoms did you have with Femara?  Did you have fertile CM, O pains, etc?  I go in Friday for my CD 12 monitoring appt and I don't really feel like there is much going on down there.  I don't have any fertile CM yet.  I'm just wondering what, if anything, that means...

    Major major dizziness for me (even trouble sitting up) and unfortunately gets worse as you take more pills.  I also get HORRENDOUS migraines that do not respond to my regular migraine medication.  Most people do not get side effects though.  Hope you feel better

    I ended up with headaches and HOT FLASHES...probably worse than I did with Clomid.

    Oh No!! Now I am scared. I am already dizzy even sitting down....if it gets worse I will probably throw up.

    FYI- my gyn just gave me vallium for the dizziness. I haven't filled it yet b/c so far its not too bad but somehow thats supposed to help the dizziness. I also thought of taking motion sickness pills.  But, maybe you can call the RE and ask if they can give you anything for the dizziness

    I've done 5 rounds of femara, and dd have occasional dizziness/lightheaded spells bu I also got some pretty bad migrains in the begining but nothing that I couldn't handle. Hope it gets better!

    I hated Femara because every day I would take a pill, I got a migraine.

    I used Femara for one cycle, and said I would never use it again because it made me so dizzy! I get seasick, and that is how I felt for the last 3 days on it, and the day after I finished my pills.  I told the RE that I felt that way and her response to me was "I've never had a patient who had side effects from Femara, only Clomid".  I got really annoyed at that comment. Thankfully this is not the RE that I see regularly.  I am sorry that you are feeling the same way...

    I had bad headaches and stomach and bathroom issues. I have to start it again Thursday and I am not excited. It's not something you can't deal with.  I tell myself being pregnant makes you sick too so maybe this is training haha. Good luck this cycle!

    I had the occasional brief hot flash, but way less than with Clomid. I also got a bad headache the day after I finished it- not sure if that had anything to do with the Femara. Only other thing I noticed was some sharp twinges around where my ovary is on CD6.
