need some help...

I dont really post much on this board but lurk a lot but need to know WWYD

I had an interview for a job...much better pay, better insurance, all around a much better job...

The problem I would have two late nights go in at 10 and work till 730  (LO gones to bed at 8!) and would have to work every other weekend.  I am use to 730 to 430 and having nights and weekends with my LO.  If you work the Sat you are off on Weds of that week. 

Do any of you have late hrs?  How does this work out for you?

    i tried working an adjusted schedule 4 10hr days, from 1pm to 11pm when Lexi was 3 and Orion was a newborn. I hated it. I felt like i never saw the kids, and worse, DH. it was to hard for us, so i transfered to a different dept. so i could work mon - fri 8 to 5
