FET 4/28/2015 - Transferred 1 M embie. 5/6/15 BFP!
Love it! Ian would be on our list but my sister's nephew (through my BIL) is Ian so it would be a little strange. I also think it sounds great with Henry!
I like it. I think it's refreshing. I went to grade school/part of high school with one, and everyone really liked him. I only know of one other Ian, and he's 2-ish. Other than them, I've never met/heard of another.
I like it much better than Elliot, and better than Nathaniel (though not better than the nickname "Nate").
I don't feel strongly about Ian one way or the other, but I odn't think it's too common. I know one Ian IRL and he's in his thirties. Ian Lawrence sounds very nice together. The only name on your list I don't care much for is Elliott.
I like it. It's grown on me a lot due to Ian Somerhalder.
Ian Lawrence is nice. A bit plain for my tastes, but not bad at all. I love Nathaniel, and I like Elliot. But I don't think they'd work with Lawerence...too many Ls.
I LOVE the name Ian (obviously since that is what I named my son). DH was pushing for Evan and I am so glad we chose Ian because I know 6!!!! little Evans and no Ians. I get compliments on his name all the time!
Elliott is another of my favourite names, but I am hesitant to use it since I know people who are considering it for a GIRL! GRRRRR.

Re: What are your thoughts on Ian?
It's always been a favorite.

Love Ian, but I think Elliot and Nathaniel are much more interesting. Overall, I like your style!

All three of your top choices are on our list. I love Ian, but I feel like I'm hearing it everywhere lately, which is making me like it less.
