Nap time with 7 wk olds

They are clearly tired, but only sleep well during the day if they are held or we go out. How do/did you get them both to nap well at each nap?

    I had the same situation.  Eventually I was able to get them to nap in swings.  But sometimes I just held them or we went out.  There are still times that I have to hold one for a nap.
