My twins are 16 months now, and we're at a point where we don't where I don't have to always lug out my giant diaper bag. I usually stuff their sippy cups, diapees and wipees case, and a fold up changing pad in my purse. My purse is big, but not really big enough. Everything is just stuffed in there, and it is hard to grab my wallet, keys etc. Do you ladies have a favorite purse, diaper bag (that doesn't look like a diaper bag) that you use? Or do you have any organizion tips you'd like to share? I'm thinking of getting a big purse that would just be for outings with the babies. Ideally, I'll keep it stocked and ready to go.
Thanks!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Kokopax Samantha (comes in lots of patterns, but I have it in "Watson") because it has real leather and the straps are made of seatbelt strap material. Also lots of pockets and a magnetic closure. Got mine from Amazon. It looks like this:
