Is this normal?

I'm 37/2 today, and my left boob is KILLING ME.  It hurts like it did when I first got pregnant.  It doesn't feel quite as full as it did then, but it's definitely a litttle more firm than the right.  I'm having a hard time sleeping because every time my body shifts it feels like my breast is being pulled off of my chest, even when I'm wearing my sleep bra.  Has this happened to anyone before delivery?  Or is this bad?  I see my OB tomorrow, so I'll ask her anyway, but just in case I'd feel better if I knew I wasn't the only person who had this happen.

    i didn't experience uneven breasts during pregnancy, but they did always feel like they were being pulled off my chest, depending on which side i was sleeping on. i always woke up with sore boobs. so i think that's totally normal.
