Somebody is coming over to take a look at our house tomorrow! I isn't even on the market yet but we have had it on a "for sale by owner" site and these people's realtor saw it and contacted us. 

I really, really hope they want it and I really hope we won't lose too much money on the sale!

    Good luck!  Our house has been on the market for a year and a half and we've only had one (really low) offer.  Hope yours moves faster!
