BF diapers - Explosion poop

From alot of my research and talking to my pedi I understand having mustardy-seed poop diapers is a good thing but this morning LO had an explosion in her diaper of the poop. Is this normal? I've seen alot before but wow, this was ALOT. I thought you couldn't overfeed a bf baby but I feel like I have with a diaper like that! Help! She's sleeping in my arms as I write this and I only gave her 1oz for this feeding as she had the explosion as she ate!

    Totally normal and will not be the last diaper blow out you experience.  My Caroline is almost 4 mos and gave us a nice one this evening.  Stick out tongue

    yup, it only gets better! My LO usually poops once a day, and oh baby! Thank God for good cloth diaper covers that can actually hold all that sh*t in there...

    Normal.  We recently had one in Target that managed to get her car seat too.  Always make sure you have a change of clothes in your bag for occasions like this.  It was no fun!

    Yeah, they happen. Especially once they start pooping less frequently.
