I used to do WW before I got pg to maintain my weight. Now, nearly a year later I've rejoined and the program is completely different. They gave me 44 points and 49 flex points! Can I really lose weight eating that many points? Is anyone else losing?

I also did WW previously (pre-pregnancy) and have considered starting up again. After looking over the new program materials, it seems that everything has a higher point value, so even though you GET more points than long ago, you also USE more points for the exact same food/volume. Not bashing the program at all, I'm sure its still works.
This. They have increased point values in foods. Fruit is 0 points now though! :-)
I've been doing it for 3 weeks and have lost almost 10 pounds. I started with 47 daily points and have gone down to 46.
