Two weeks ago, LO only went to day care one day b/c he was sick... last week, I didn't pump as much as normal on Mon and Tues, but then went back up the rest of the week... today, I REALLY didn't pump as much as normal in the first session. I started Loryna last night (was on the minipill before). Would this affect my supply so quickly? I have been pumping at work since Nov 15 without so much fluctuation as in the last few weeks.

Yes it can effect your supply that quickly : ( I am guessing you had an appointment with a Gyno in order to switch bc? Did they talk to you at all about this and ways to continue breastfeeding/increase supply?

no - any advice? My second pumping session was normal (5.5 oz) but my first was a lot lower - 8.5 instead of 11.
