Update on my head..

I must say, I am definitely glad we are TTA. 

 On to the news. I have a concussion. After I was misdiagnosed TWICE in the ER by two different doctors. Ugh. Still out of work until wednesday at least. 

Also, I thought it was odd they never pregnancy tested me and the first time, they never asked me what meds I am on.

I am peeved with my job. I have not heard from anyone from them. Nobody has called to see how I am. Nobody has even called me to inform me of my situation either. When I talked to someone on Saturday, they told me it may not even be under workman's comp. Really? Grrrr 

I have short term memory loss. Do not take it personally if I do not remember you right away.
No longer trying to conceive at all.

    I am glad you got some more definitive answers.  So sorry you were misdiagnosed twice- that is nuts!  Also, I do not know much about workman's comp but I cant imagine that it would not be covered.  And crap that they haven't checked on you.  How are you feeling?

    Sore. My head hurts, I get dizzy, light headed, trouble concentrating, sensitive to lights...the list goes on. But I am doing ok

    I hope you feel better soon and that is just crazy that you were misdiagnosed twice. I don't see why it wouldn't be covered under workers comp and somebody should definitely be contacting you soon. Do you know if they faxed in your accident report to the company who deals with your workers comp?

    O.M.G. I am so sorry! Geez. That is definitely workers comp, they should take care of it for SURE. How scary. Praying you heal quickly.

    Heres the weird part, they have faxed it into our corporate offices. Our regular insurance is covered by our company, i don't recall what it's called but it has our company logo on our insurance cards. Here in Nebraska you have to miss a week in order to even be paid, but not sure if I will even be paid.

    This. It's absolutely workers comp. Anybody who tells you to use private insurance or pay for medical costs yourself is exposing themselves to legal liability. Hope you're feeling lots better soon.

    I agree completely!  Talk to your boss and tell her that it IS worker's comp and WILL be treated as such.  Do not pay a single dime until it is covered under worker's comp.  I hope that you feel much better soon and am sorry that the ER doctors were incompetent :(
