I finally did it!

I finally got up the courage to consult a a lactation consultant and I feel sooooo much better.  DS 8 weeks and I have been struggling with BF on the right side on and off since birth.  Although I read to ask for help.....It is so hard to actually ask.  It turns out that we just had a shallow latch.  Greyson is not liking the deeper latch but we are hanging in there and hopefully soon he will get the hang of it.  At least I now know what to change so I am not in PAIN!!!!  Wish us luck.

    Good for you - it is such a personal thing that it can be hard to ask for help.  I hope this makes it easier for you now to relax and reach your BFing goals - whatever they may be!
