Vacations

I love vacations (lol who doesnt) and i get so excited planning & thinking about it.  We usually try to go away once a year.  Not sure if that will be possible this year but i hope so.  Is anyone planning on a vacation after the baby comes?  Where r  you going?  How old will the baby be?

    We are going away this summer to Belize for a very delayed honeymoon (3 yrs to be exact!), so LO will be at least 3 mo old and will stay with her brothers and grandparents. It will be hard to get away, but we have never been on a vacation together so we are looking forward to the alone time!

    We are actually going to try to take 2 vacations this year.  One 2/3 across the country, from CO to NY/MA/ME, and 2 overseas to the UK.  LO will be around 6 months old...

    We will definitely go to Disneyland because we have passes and DD loves it. We will probably wait until DS is a few months old. We have lots of family to go help. Plus I've been several times while PG and mama wants toget her ride on!

     We are also renting a beach house in June. DS will be about 4 months then. It's right on the beach and it will be great to go play and come back in when we need naps etc. We got the house with my parents and sister. Can't wait!!

    We took all of our planned vacations while we were pregnant... :) It's been a year of travel for us! Tbh, I'm looking forward to staying home for a while and having people come to us for once!

    We're planning our annual beach vacation with DH's family in July.  LO will be 5 months.  We also might go to the beach in September with my mom, so LO will be 7 months.

    We're going on my first ever cruise  in July with SOs parents to have some Us time, and my mom couldnt be more thrilled to watch LO :)

    My mom wants me to come on a long weekend with the family in the begining of june. But my dh won't be able to get off. Ds1 will be turning 17 and he's a great help but I don't want him to have to be stuck with me a 5 yr old and a 4 month old.  My family always promises help but I'm stuck by myself for the most part. My dh pretty much has to work every holiday so we can't even take a day or two around that. So that being said I probably won't get a vacation away this year at all. It makes me a little sad but that's life.

    My family is having a HUGE reunion in Maine in July for my grandmother's 75th birthday. I'm really excited. LO will be the first in her generation in our family, after her the youngest is 11, so I'm sure she'll get a lot of attention.

    This summer my whole dad's side of the family has a large vacation home rented on a lake, paid for by my grandma. We'd reeeeally like to go but it all depends on LO's heart and how close we are to surgery. It would be such a fun age for my son, I know he'd really enjoy it! DH can't get the time off work, so it would be just the kiddos and myself. If I can't go my sister might take my son for the weekend.

    We have BIL's wedding out of state this fall, probably an 8-ish hour drive. If LO's health is okay and we're cleared to travel we definitely will! I'm very excited, I love weddings.
