I feel so silly but...

I keep getting this terrible feeling that I'm not actually pregnant and that its all in my head. I took 3 pregnancy tests a few weeks ago and they all came back positive but I feel like it won't be confirmed until my doctor tells me. And my doctor can't see me for another month. I'll be 10 weeks along by the time I get it confirmed. I know it's silly but I just can't get it out of my head.

I feel the same way. I keep having to remind myself that no AF is a pretty big sign. Plus all the nausea, cravings, food aversions, fatigue, sore boobs, etc. I have 2 w 3 d until my 1st appt. I think it will feel more real when I hear the hb.

It is so normal to feel that way, especailly if you aren't feeling many symptoms. Trust the stick, and embrace it!

when i first found out i was the same way even though i had some symptoms and i took 3 ept test that all were positive. I could not believe it. When I went to my first appointment at 7 weeks then I truly believe it after seeing my little gummi bear on the u/s. So i know what you mean, i felt silly as well but I just couldnt believe it. Congrats!

I still feel that way except we have seen our baby twice and saw the heart beat. The only time I feel pregnant is when I am hugging the toilet! lol At least when you see your baby it will look like a baby, mine just looked like a blob both times
