Today we received the "Welcome to the world" notes from The White House for the twins. I sent an announcement and request for two notes less than a month ago. If you haven't already requested one, you still have time as it has to be done within the first year. No matter your political stance, this is still a cool keepsake to put into their baby book or keepsake box.

Grace0609 - you can send a request to the White House for an official greeting. You get a nice card back saying welcome to the world signed by the Obamas.

yup, we just sent a copy of the birth announcement to the greetings office. like a pp said, it's a nice keepsake, no matter what your affiliation.
