What do you think, do I have any hope?--UPDATED

So I'm on CD 9, and I've been doing 75 iu of Gonal-F since CD3. I went in for my 3rd ultrasound today, and they found 2 follicles (about 10" and 13") on my left side, and only follicles under 10" on my right side. The only problem is that I my left tube is blocked, so if I don't end up with anything on my right side than my cycle will be cancelled.

I have to wait for my bloodwork to come back, and I'll talk to my RE about possibilities then, but I thought I'd poll 3T first since I'm SO upset about the possibility of a cancelled cycle, especially since we're OOP and already spent over $1,300.

Do you think there's any chance that they can up my dosage, and a follicle on the right side might catch up? I'd really appreciate any of your opinons or experiences!

UPDATE: I just heard back from my RE, and they still think it's too early to call it. They want me to keep my dose at 75 iu tonight, then increase to 112 tomorrow night. Since I have so many smaller follicles, they're worried that by increasing my dose too much that I'll end up overstimulating which could lead to a cancelled cycle or OHSS. FX that the little eggies on my right side start to catch up!

I was on a low dose of gonal-f for my current cycle too, and I only had one mature Dollie. It seemed to kind of take over, like one follow would on an unmedicated cycle. My RE said that they'd increase my dosage if we end up doing the same protocol again so that I'd hopefully produce more. But for me, I had a lead follie that took over. I hope you get some good info from your RE today and that they can help some of those little guys catch up!

My RE said that they'd increase my dosage if we end up doing the same protocol again so that I'd hopefully produce more. But for me, I had a lead follie that took over. There is hope! I posted last week because I was concerned that I wasn't getting anywhere on gonal-f and now my RE just called to talk to me about the risk of multiples on my cycle.

I was on 75 units for a week and my follicles all got stuck around 10-12mm. They increased my dose to 112 on day 12 and by day 14 I had a lead around 15 and some 13s. They decreased my dose back to 75 because they said they will keep growing once they start. I went back in today (CD 15/13 days of stims) and I had two 17s, two 14s and a 12. They are triggering me tonight.

I would definitely ask them if they are willing to bump you up to 112. Hang in there and good luck!!
