Lexi is very nice nn, but Alexa is a little pharmaceutical sounding to me. Alexis and Charlotte are both lovely. I would say Charlotte is my favorite, but I don't know how you feel about its popularity.

Charlotte is my favorite. I teach/have taught so, so many students named Alexa, Alexia, Alexis, Alexandra, Alexandria... most nick named "Lexi(e)". So while I don't dislike "Alex" names, I'm a little bit over them.
I love Alexis. If it weren't for 2 factors (nephew named Alex & the fact we're having a boy), my DH woulda had a fight on his hands for a girls name ^_^
Charlotte. Sorry, dislike Alexa and Alexis. My name is Alexandra but I never went by Lexi (hate this NN - sounds trashy IMO). Alexa and Alexis are in totally different ball parks IMO.

Charlotte 100%!!
I agree with this, sorry.
I don't like Alexis at all, and I like Alexa/Charlotte equally.
Alexa Charlotte is a lovely comb as well.
NN for Alexa are more than just Lexie. There's Alex, Lexa, Lex, Allie/Ali.
Also, what about Alexia? It's right between Alexis and Alexa.
