I haven't really had morning sickness yet. I have had a twisted type stomach a few times, but it almost feels like nerves. I am six weeks on Wednesday. Does morning sickness usually start after six weeks? I've heard that and I am nervous that I will start to be sick soon.
Re: morning sickness question
Usually m/s kicks in around six weeks - if you get it. Not everyone does though and not having it doesn't mean anything is wrong. I didn't get it with my son and so far it looks like I'll avoid it this time too.
Some people will feel nauseous but won't throw up, usually it happens when your stomach is empty. It is best to try to eat smaller meals more often so you're never running on empty.
I just started mine out of the blue last Monday. It sucks, but it's not the worst thing of all time. I pretty much throw up from the time I get up until I leave for work, then feel sort of icky until around 2-3pm and then it's gone. It's weird. I've been taking Vitamin B6 3x a day (50mg) and eating Greek yogurt, which for some reason seems to help. The thing that really works best for me is not letting myself get too hungry. That makes the nausea worse.
Hope it doesn't hit you!

I really think it just depends on the person. Last time, I didn't start feeling sick until ~8 weeks. This time, I've already been feeling sick here and there for the past few weeks.
