Tank top poll

Your tank top has a shelf bra. Do you still wear your regular bra as well?

  • Yes. Those "bras" don't do what I would need them to.

  • I can't even but the tank tops with the bra. They do nothing & are never big enough.

  • I would offend people with as big as my boobs are if I didn't.

  • Normally, no, but pre-baby I had ridiculously tiny boobs. Now that I'm nursing I would.

  • Yes, but they are so freaking uncomfortable I try not to wear them in the first place.

  • If I HAVE to wear a tank with a built-in bra, I still wear my reg bra underneath. However, I avoid shelf bras; I hate them and think they are pointless and uncomfortable. Also they flatten my small boobs.

  • I work from home... if I'm staying in all day I might, depends on where I am in my cycle and how heavy they are.  But if I leave the house I'll use a bra too.
  • Pre-pregnancy I would wear a bra + bra-tank.  Now the bra-tanks dont have a big enough/deep enough shelf, so I just wear regular tight tanks for support in addition to a regular bra, and on super painful days, a sports bra as well.  :|

  • Yes, but I generally don't wear them because I have yet to find a good fit with my boobs.

  • Ys, but I wear the silicone adhesive petals too. My boobs are a small B on their best day, but my nipples are completely militant and stand at attention all the time.

Lol, mine never communicate and alternate who stands at attention.

  • Yes, mostly because almost any fabric chafes the nips. At least, the last time I went braless (like 5 years ago) that's what happened. I haven't tried since. I find the shelf bra things gave me cleavage, before I had much to speak of. Since Smudge, I've gone up a cup-size and have cleavage no matter what I wear (YAY)

  • Not wearing a bra with the shelf top is just asking to receive a citation for indecent exposure.

  • I cut the shelf bra out. The ladies are too large to be held in that and it usually comes to the middle of my nips.

  • In public - always.

If I'm wearing it to sleep, then no.

I think if my chest were smaller I might just do the shelf bra, but there's no way one of those things provides near enough support for daily living.

  • Yes, I used to, but that's because I usually wore some sort of bra with enhancement.

Since my kid was born, I've been exclusively wearing nursing tanks (with built-in bra) and no bra under my regular shirts.  My boobs are tiny though.

  • If my D boobs weren't in a bra, I would scare the world.  I don't usually get tanks with bras, anyway. It's pointless for me. Actually, I don't really wear tank tops alone... I don't like my arms in them.  I wear them under things.

  • It depends... If it's a fitting/smooth one YES!  If it has some sort of fuffle, or somethere where it isn't flat againt me I might get away with it.  Othewise I will wear a strapless bra.

  • No, because I wouldn't want my straps to show. And if it looked indecent I'd wear another top over it.
