We had Desitin but when that ran out the first time, we got A&D after that and it seems to help more.

I use (well used to, we are done with diapers now) A&D on a regular basis more preventative. But when there was a bad rash I would use Triple Paste which I don't use all the time cause its pricey and its real thick to get off my hands!

A&D has worked great for us. I use it almost on a daily basis - preventative. She's only ever had 2 or 3 bad rashes, and I think it was probably diet-related.
We normally use All Natural Butt Paste and give him baths with baking soda in it. We have used A&D, but I think it is a better preventative than it is a cure for diaper rash.
PPD/PPA Mom...it has been super hard, but I'm making it! Slow steps... Mom to Carter (6), and Calianne (1). Proud VBAC, natural birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering momma!
I have always used A&D cream on DD and she is 16 months and has never had diaper rash, and only about 4 episodes of redness that usually subsides by the next day. I love it.
