Sleep training

I don't know how you guys do it. I tried so hard tonight I went in and reassured her like I'm supposed to and everything, she cried and cried until she made herself sick so I picked het up and she continued crying for like five more min until I finally rocked het to sleep what did I do so wrong? Maybe she is terribly stubborn?

I agree that she probably isn't ready yet. At 4-5 months old, most of our babies aren't.

I was so against sleep training, but suddenly one day I just had this instinct that I needed to do it. I felt ready, and I felt like my daughter was ready. I started and gave up twice before sticking to it the third time, and it's so worth it. You'll know when both you and your daughter are ready.
