Cramps galore and nothing going on :(

The past couple of days I've had pretty bad cramps. It's not constant, but 2 or 3 times a day it's very very uncomfortable.
The only thing is, I do not have AF... nor am I even spotting!
Since I've been paying more attention to my body since TTC, I realized that I do get random cramps now and then, and I do get cramps around O time. However... these are just strange! They're stronger than the mid-cycle cramps, but not as bad aa AF cramps.
I keep hoping that this is a sign that something is going to happen soon.... but I just don't know anymore. I still don't feel like going to get provera yet. I'm hoping my body will takes it's own course of action soon so we can move on. And since i'm still not ready for another medicated cycle, I don't feel rushed to begin.
No real point to this post. Just venting.

Married 11/27/09 and TTC right away
Dx: Complete septate uterus with cervical duplication, endometrial polyps, PCOS, endometriosis, hypo thyroid, luteal phase defect
4 uterus surgeries to correct my complete septum and to remove polyps and 2 years of seeing the RE, medicated cycles and IUIs
Baby 1 and 2: BFP 3/3/11 with 2 babies EDD 11/1/11, M/C 4/6/11
Baby #3: 8/11 pregnant EDD 4/27/11 and m/c:(
Baby #4: 10/12/11 BFP! EDD 6/16/12m/c 10/26/11

My miracle baby was born March 5 at 9:33am. He was 8 lbs 12.5 oz and 21.25 inches long!
Nothing! I still have the random cramping, although not as bad as earlier this week. It really has me frustrated and wanting to run to get provera. But... i'm stubborn! I really would hate to take time off work to run to the doctors office just to pee on a stick before they will give me a prescription! I think I need to set a date for myself, if AF doesn't show by CD 100, i'll go in. Maybe.
