When we start using our cloth diapers (whenever they start to fit her), what type of liner should I get/make for my Kawaii pockets? I guess I would only be using the liner at first (while she is still EBF) to keep off diaper rash cream if I have to use it. Otherwise I wouldn't use a liner. After she starts solids, I would be using a liner for ease of poop cleanup. I am willing to use disposable liners and was planning on doing this once she starts the solids, but I'm also wondering if there's a washable option for poop liners. If so, how exactly does having a WASHABLE poop liner make things easier since you still have to get the poop off of it and wash it, just like you would if the poop was on the diaper itself? FTM here.
Summary:
1. Best type of liner for keeping off diaper rash cream?
2. Best type of liner for cleaning up solids poop, and if it's a washable one, how is that making things easier?
3. Bonus- Anyone recommend a cloth diaper safe rash cream? I ordered some CA Baby but I'm not sure that's entirely safe for the dipes...
Re: liners for my Kawaiis?
I would just use disposable liners for either of those situations. We use kushies liners now that he's on solids. It doesn't work 100%, but it helps.
I use coconut oil for moisturizing/moisture barrier (used it all the time for the first few weeks, and then I got lazy and now we use it occasionally when he's red), and Live Clean Baby if he needs anything more. My baby is very not rash prone, so it doesn't come up much.

I don't have the kawaiis but i use fleece liners and it seems much easier to get the poo off them than the diapers because its a lot thinner and you can spray the back side.
Once in a blue moon if its really super gross and I'm strapped for time I just trash the fleece liner (*gasp*). they are from a cheapo blanket so I don't really care.
