Temp mindf*** & IUI#9 update

IUI#9.1 and 9.2 are in the books! I got my smiley face on the OPK at 7:30am Friday 1/27 so first IUI was at 4:30pm that day and next one was the following morning at 9am. I was pushing for the second IUI to be later on Saturday (thinking that we could cover our bases  if i O'd today - Sunday - towards the later half of the 48hour window) but the clinic could only get us in at 9am so not much i could do about that.

I was feeling pretty good about this cycle - U/S on Thurs showed a 16mm follicle and no more cyst and my temp was low on Friday (97.18) then rose on Sat (97.58) so i thought, hey, maybe i did O on Friday!  Also EWCM on Fri and Saturday and the IUIs went well.

Then, today, my temp dropped to 96.8 rather than rising. UGH. So now, of course, i'm thinking that i didn't actually start to post-O temp shift yesterday but, rather, O'd today. Which, of course, would be way out of the window for the frozen sperm to survive :( all other signs of O still point to Fri/Sat but the temperature dip, man, it's starting to mess with my head!

::Cue bumpers reassuring me this temp dip is just a fluke -- just so at least the 2WW isn't miserable fore me thinking i'm out before i even get going!::

Sigh. sometimes i love temping b/c it really makes me feel like i have some idea of what's going on, then when fluctuations like this happen it makes me want to be blissfully ignorant!

Me: 31yrs old. In same/sex relationship for 12years
I'm carrying & we are using anonymous donor sperm
In March 2012 diagnosed with Diminished Ovarian Reserve (AMH = O.67) & IVF recommended

FET (2 5dt embryos) on 11/5/12= BFP! Beta #1=58; Beta #2=98, Beta #3=373. First u/s on 11/28/12 = 1 sac with fetal pole & heartbeat! Next u/s = 12/12/12

TTC History
IVF#1 (Antagonist Protocol) Sept 2012 = BFN
10R; 8F; 4 Day5 GradeA embryos. Put back 2, froze 2.
12 IUIs (in 9 cycles) since March 2011:
6 unmedicated/unmonitored = BFNs
3 with Clomid/Trigger/monitoring/progesterone = BFNs

    Thanks, YogiKC - I'm hoping it was just extra cold in my room this AM!
